To be considered income eligible, families must qualify for FCPS free or reduced meals, be age 3 or 4 by September 30, and be able to show birth information and Fairfax County residency. Early Head Start programs are only in Reston, Herndon and Springfield and open to children 6 weeks-2 years old.
