About Us

The Fairfax Domestic Violence Community (DV Community) is all of us. We are the service providers in the front line. We are the survivors. We are the community who care.

The Fairfax DV Committee is made up of service providers, justice professionals, government workers and activists working together in response to domestic violence in our community.

Our mission is to support the development of a community-wide system of prevention and intervention efforts that are responsive to the needs of individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.

Want to talk to someone right now? Call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233, available 24/7. TTY: 1-800-787-3224
